You've built the career. You hold it together at work, at home, in every room you walk into. But somewhere along the way, you started running on empty.

The irritability. The 3am spiral. The relationships fraying at the edges. The version of yourself you don't recognise anymore. People often don't fall apart loudly. They just quietly stop feeling like themselves.

This is a space to finally stop managing it — and actually understand it.

About

Built for the ones who are always “becoming.”

I built this space because I lived the gap first. As a high performer, I know what it means to keep going when everything in you is asking you to stop. Slowing down doesn’t just feel uncomfortable — it feels like failure. So the difficult experiences stay buried. Not because they don’t exist. But because what if facing them costs you the edge? That fear is real. And it keeps some of the most capable people I know from ever getting the help they actually need.

I work with physicians, lawyers, executives, founders, therapists and senior leaders across healthcare, finance, tech and first responder roles — anyone whose roles leave little room for falling apart.

My work is grounded in psychodynamic therapy — we go beneath the symptom to understand what’s actually driving it, understanding where it came from and why it keeps showing up. The difficult experiences don’t disappear because you’re succeeding. They just get quieter. They show up in the sleeplessness, the numbness, the relationship that keeps hitting the same breaking point. This is the space where what’s underneath finally gets the attention it deserves.
