The work

Clear and practical.

Life, and the relationships in it, are messy, but complex things don’t have to be confusing. We can start with something that feels overwhelming and, bit by bit, take it apart, so we can put it back together in a way that makes sense to you.

Whatever brings you here, everything I offer is designed to help you understand the patterns that show up in your life and relationships, and to change the ones that no longer fit.

My approach

Grounded in the belief that understanding what’s underneath doesn’t cost you your edge. It sharpens it.

My approach is grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy. I draw on a range of other evidence-based modalities , including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment-Based Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Strategies , integrating these thoughtfully based on what each person brings into the room.

High performing individuals sometimes worry that looking inward may come at the cost of their edge. In my experience, the opposite is true . Understanding what’s underneath often deepens the very ambition, clarity, and presence that made you effective in the first place.

Does this sound familiar?

Questions individuals keep asking themselves , often for years.

Why does success never seem to feel like enough?

Why am I so hard on myself , even when achieving?

Why do I keep repeating the same patterns in my relationships?

Why do I feel empty when everything on the outside looks fine?

Why can’t I slow down , even when you know you need to?

These are some of the questions we might explore together , to help you understand what’s been quietly shaping your performance, your relationships, and your sense of self.
